- The warranty must be registered within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and does not cover improper installation or neglect.
- Please retain your purchase invoice or order details for future reference when needed.

Warranty Period
1 Year or 10,000 km (whichever comes first) from the purchase invoice date.
Essential Activation Requirement
The QR Code printed on the product box must be scanned to activate the digital warranty. Unregistered products will not be covered.
The warranty covers the following manufacturing defects:
Warranty Exclusions (⚠️):
- Misuse or abusive driving (such as aggressive braking, drifting, or track/racing use).
- Incorrect installation, or failure to install the product at an authorized service center or by a certified technician.
- Damage caused by traffic accidents, negligence, or underlying mechanical issues within the vehicle's brake caliper.
- Normal wear and tear of the product resulting from mileage accumulated over time.
Warranty Claim Requirements:
Presentation of the original order invoice • Prior verification of digital warranty registration • Technical inspection of the product by the specialized Sand Brakes team.
